Back at the ETS2 folder minus profiles, right click in empty space (not on any file or folder), select Drop As., then Junction.Right click the profiles folder, select Pick Link Source.Cut the profiles folder and paste it into the dropbox somewhere, just don't ever forget that it belongs to ETS2 (recommend making a synced saves folder, then an ETS2 folder under that, then paste profiles in there).Your saves are located at C:\Users\\My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles.(Translation: I don't remember where the uninstall button is, cause I love this tool) Obviously you'll need to install Link Shell Extension before starting this, and believe me once you see how this works so easily for syncing saves, you won't want to get rid of it. Personally I set up a folder in my dropbox's top level specifically for synced save folders, so there aren't a ton of game folders floating next to, say, documents and such. Pick up Link Shell Extension and of course Dropbox (I suppose Google Drive might work as well, any auto-syncing service would do). So you want to sync your saves with dropbox, welcome to the wonderful world of junctioning!
